Lucerne is a high protein high fibre legume. Lucerne is higher in Calcium than our other products. Our Lucerne is sourced from across Canterbury and is aged before being chaff cut.

We chaff cut it for convenience taking out most of the dust. Our chaff is considered a rough cut, it is slightly longer than most and will contain longer pieces of hay.
